Return and Refund Policy
Please read product details carefully before confirming the order. We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being handmade products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly.
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
The product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at info@livgudhomes.com or contact us at +91-8637482988 within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
Order number
Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item by e-mail
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 24 hrs of the delivery.
Please keep the products in their unused, original condition, brand outer box, and original accessories.
Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. We shall process the refund within 7-9 business days from the date of receipt of material at our end. In order to successfully process the refund, please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours the order has been placed. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number +91-8637482988 or mail us at info@livgudhomes.com. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Policy
At LivGud, our topmost priority is to deliver the product to our valued customers at the earliest possible. We deliver almost all over India at no extra cost to customers.
Shipping Time:
Time taken to dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and quantity. Large quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.
General shipping time for products are shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
Courier Partners:
We only work with reputed courier partners for domestic deliveries. For remote locations, we may sometime use Indian Postal- Speed Post service where no other courier services are accessible.
Delivery Time:
Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and delivery location, it varies from 2-10 days from shipping. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.
